Mint
One broker NFT, fixed price in ETH. It starts earning once you activate it with $CATBROKERS. Mint revenue does not fund payouts; trading fees do.

USDG · NVDA · TSLA · SPY · moreWhere the money comes from
The payout side is all contract: rounds, splits, buys and claims run on-chain and anyone can trigger them. The fee forward is done by the team, and every forward is recorded publicly.
Every buy and sell of the $CATBROKERS token pays a creator fee. Pons holds it in escrow until the team claims it.
The team claims the fees and forwards 80% into the Engine's reservoir. Every forward is an on-chain deposit you can audit in the ledger below.
Each round releases 25% of the reservoir, split across active brokers by weight, in the assets each one picked. Stocks are bought at market with the Chainlink price as the floor.
Fee forwards
The team claims $CATBROKERS trading fees from Pons and forwards 80% here. Each forward goes through the Engine and leaves a public record. Nothing below can be edited or hidden.

What you can be paid in
Pick up to three and give each a share. Two brokers of the same tier earn the same value whatever they picked; the split decides what you collect, not how much. Change it any time; it applies from the next round.
Tiers and fusion
Activation puts a broker at Associate. Climbing costs the difference to the next tier. Burns are real and permanent, and the tier stays with the NFT when it is sold.
| Tier | $CATBROKERS burned | Weight | vs base |
|---|---|---|---|
| Associate | 50k | 100 | 1.0× |
| Broker | +150k | 140 | 1.4× |
| Senior | +300k | 190 | 1.9× |
| Partner | +600k | 250 | 2.5× |
| Managing | +1.2M | 350 | 3.5× |
Fold a second broker into a first for 100,000 $CATBROKERS. The survivor earns +20% on top of its tier and inherits everything the absorbed broker had banked, in every asset.
Fold a third in for 300,000 more and the bonus rises to +30%. Absorbed brokers are burned. The collection only ever shrinks.
Tier, fuse level, split, and every unclaimed balance. The only thing that resets on a sale is activation: the new owner burns 50k to clock it back in. That keeps the burn honest and keeps sold brokers from earning for nobody.
Questions
No. Earnings accumulate inside the broker with no deadline. Claim whenever you like; you pay gas, about a cent, and nothing else.
Everything it has banked, its tier, its fuse level and its split go with it to the buyer. It stops earning the moment it changes hands until the new owner activates it again.
Stocks are bought at market once per round with the Chainlink price as a floor. If the fill would be worse than the asset's band, or the feed is stale, the queue simply waits for the next attempt. Nothing is lost; USDG picks are never delayed.
Markets close but the pools trade around the clock. Feeds hold Friday's close and buys keep flowing against it, protected by the same band.
Anyone can. The tick and the stock buys are permissionless calls with the rules enforced on-chain. We run a keeper so nobody has to, but nothing on the payout side depends on us.
Every forward into the reservoir is a public on-chain deposit, listed in the Fee forwards ledger on this page with its transaction. Compare it against the $CATBROKERS fee claims on the explorer. Claims from your broker carry no fee and there is no setting in the Engine that could add one.
They are issued by Robinhood and carry Robinhood's eligibility terms; they are not offered to residents of the US, Canada, the UK or Switzerland. Point your broker at USDG if that applies to you.
